In an effort to enhance the performance and increase the stability of our Analytics product, this week we will be migrating all our survey data to the data lake as a single unified source.
During the migration, previously created and newly created one-click dashboards will not update with new data. We are re-wiring where the dashboards pick up data from, so new data will not be picked up until this re-wiring process is fully completed.
In addition, the rule engine will not trigger any actions that are based on survey responses as it will not know once survey responses have been received/ and actions are complete.
The migration will take place this week and is scheduled to be completed by Monday, December 5th, 2022. Thank you for your patience during this migration.
