Update - We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
Scheduled - In an effort to enhance the performance and increase the stability of our Analytics product, this week we will be migrating all our survey data to the data lake as a single unified source.

During the migration, previously created and newly created one-click dashboards will not update with new data. We are re-wiring where the dashboards pick up data from, so new data will not be picked up until this re-wiring process is fully completed.

In addition, the rule engine will not trigger any actions that are based on survey responses as it will not know once survey responses have been received/ and actions are complete.

The migration will take place this week and is scheduled to be completed by Monday, December 5th, 2022. Thank you for your patience during this migration.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the issue where you may receive a 'Bad Request Error' when accessing Survey Reports across all pods.

Our Engineering team has identified that reports are inaccessible on surveys that were created /or modified between November 24th and December 1st. Any surveys created prior to November 24th are not impacted and reports are accessible.

Thank you for your continued patience while we look into to this and we will provide an update as soon as it has been resolved.

Identified - We have identified an issue where data collected in survey profile actions from November 24th 11:45 pm UTC onwards are not saved into the corresponding Profile Variables. The data is available within survey questions. We are working on a fix and will restore profile variables where data was not synced. Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
