Alida has been working to identify and resolve a number of intermittent performance issues that impacted our European and some North American customers since February 12th. These issues have now been resolved and Alida's Infrastructure team will continue to monitor to ensure that system performance remains at optimum levels.

We are continuing to investigate the issue related to degraded performance in the EU1 and NA2 pod.
This may cause longer loading times, and intermittent error messages when accessing Survey tabs: Build, Distribute or Report, and Community Metrics. We kindly advise platform users to avoid continuously refreshing either of those pages to prevent other performance issues, as well as avoiding filtering data using several Profile Variables at a time.
